Written by jamie on May 20, 2009 from sioux falls, south dakota, US first thing you should know is the people answering the phone today were not alive 150 years ago and as far as not liking black people that is not true since i have seen a few black people representing chase at college job fairs and there is black people working there i do not know where you get your information but you should not try to blame people living today for things that happened at least 100 years before they were born |

If you have solid proof, I am happy to change my opinion. But as it stands, you are just spouting off and looking for something for nothing. Yes...blacks were brought over on slave ships and not treated fairly. But that was ions ago. Get over it. My family is Jewish. They weren't treated very well, either. Yet thrived to raise above. And did so through hard work. You should stop whining and take the same approach. It's amazing what you can acheive if you just set your mind to it. |
| 4. Written by Jean on May 17, 2008 from dallas, texas, US What a rediculous statement!!! Get your facts straight....Chase is not the only company that originally had slavery. Any old established company did. You feel like you sould be "owed" something, then go earn it yourself. You don't see the Jewish community looking to "get theirs" and feel like their "owed" anything. They we're almost killed off the face of the earth. Chase believes in diversity in the work place and has many employees of many cultures. Go out there and make something of yourself and be proud of what you can do. Heck, I work my tail end off and I'm hispanic. I'm proud I've "earned" my way to where I am and give back to my community. What about you??? I'm tired of whiny people wanting something and not willing to work for it. Take that negative attitude and turn it around and get that drive, positive attitude and winning spirit to make things happen for yourself. Chase cares about all people of all nationalities, shame on you for saying that. Sound like to me that they couldn't do something you wanted and now your upset making invalid statements. |
